FTP for a PC
FTP for Internet Explorer 7:
Open your browser and type in the following URL: ftp.allegradsm.com
A prompt will come up saying, "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then Open FTP site in Windows Explorer."
Follow these instructions and a Windows Explorer window will open.
You will see a window pop up and ask for the username and password. If the window does not pop up click on “file” and click on “login”.

FTP from Internet Explorer:
Open your browser and type in the following URL: ftp.allegradsm.com

FTP from a third party FTP Client:
We recommend Cute FTP, Smart FTP and WS_FTP
Example: Cute FTP
Create a new session by clicking on “File”, “Site Manager” then “New”.
For Label for site field type in “Allegra FTP”.
For the FTP Host Address field type in “ftp.allegradsm.com”.
For the FTP site User Name field type in “allegra”.
For the FTP site Password field type in “allegra”.
For the “FTP site connection port” leave on port 21.
Click on Connect
FTP for a Macintosh:
A third party FTP client will need to be used to access our FTP site from a Mac (Safari, Firefox, etc. for Mac will not work).
We recommend using FETCH. A free version is available at http://www.tucows.com/preview/206633.
Create a new connection by clicking on “File”, “New Connection”.
In the New Connection window type:
